Ok… let’s do it. Let’s talk concealer. Now, I know everyone has different needs/wants/likes when it comes to make up, and most people reading this article are just like me, beauty product addicts who are constantly on the search for the next best thing. In this article I am going to touch upon a few concealers that cater to an array of preferences and some you should stay away from (in my opinion).

1. Fenty Beauty Pro Filt’r Instant Retouch Longwear Liquid Concealer

Starting with a crowd favorite - the Fenty Beauty Concealer. The extreme pigment in this bad boy allows you to use minimal product for maximum results. I definitely recommend this concealer for a more full coverage look (and days you’re wearing a heavier foundation). Not only is the application seamless, but you can use this as a base layer to flawlessly conceal any unwanted blemishes. You can buy this for $28 at your local Sephora and since little product is needed, don't be surprised how long this concealer lasts you! P.S. when they say “crease proof” - they really mean it, so just set with your favorite powder and there will be no need for any midday touch ups.

2. NARS Radiant Creamy Concealer

My personal favorite, NARS Radiant Concealer, because it has NEVER let me down. This is great to incorporate into not only a basic every day routine, but also a full glam look for those nights out. This concealer will melt into your skin giving you the perfect blend with little effort. I also love the illuminating effect it brings to my face - it really is the perfect pick me up for tired eyes. Use as much or as little as you need! This concealer is buildable and offers full coverage and for $31 it’s yours!

3. E.l.f Hydrating Camo Concealer

I know not everyone wants to spend too much money on makeup, so for concealer #3 I thought I would talk about my favorite drugstore concealer - the e.l.f Cosmetics Hydrating Camo Concealer. For only $7 you will find that this concealer is PERFECT for any type of wear. Although it is quite lightweight, don't let the texture fool you because this stuff really covers. The hydrating effects also make it easy to blend - leaving you with a flawless finish that looks like you aren’t even wearing makeup. The e.l.f. Hydrating Concealer is such a great alternative for those who don’t want to break the bank and it can be found at most local drugstores and Ulta!

4. NYX HD Concealer Wand Medium Coverage Under Eye Concealer

Although this particular concealer is on my “no” list, I wouldn’t say DON’T buy it. My reasoning for this concealer not being on my favorites is based on my own personal preferences. I used to use this concealer all the time when I was in college - not only because the price was good, but because for everyday wear I found it to work just fine. However, by 3pm, this concealer would become creasy and look as if I didn't have any makeup on. I do believe that with the right setting powder and the right setting spray this concealer can definitely become more manageable!
